1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
2. Give 3 bolts of fastening of a protective casing of a distributing box and remove it.
3. Merge oil from a distributing box.
4. Remove forward and back карданные shaft (the line see Head Transmissionnaja).
5. Disconnect knot of draught of a drive of management of a distributing box (address to an illustration above).
6. Remove a clamp, a washer, a wavy washer and the plug and disconnect knot of shifting draught.
7. Turn out a bolt of the tyre of "weight" and remove it.
8. Prop up transmission by a rack.

Not to damage the pallet, lay a board piece. |
9. Give 8 bolts, 2 nuts and remove a cross-section beam.
10. Disconnect a ventilation hose, having remembered clamp position.
11. Disconnect a socket of gauge VSS №1, 3 sockets of gauges-indicators of a mode of a distributing box and a socket of the electromotor of an actuation mechanism.
12. Slightly raise a distributing box and substitute under it трансмиссионную a rack.
13. Unfasten from a distributing box conducting.
14. Turn away 6 bolts of fastening of the adapter of a box and remove a distributing box downwards and back.
15. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened according to requirements shown in Specifications. |
