The power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases

The general information

The power supply system consists of the fuel tank placed in it of the electric fuel pump, the main relay EFI, injectors, a regulator of pressure of fuel, assemblage of an air cleaner and the throttle case. All models are equipped by electronic system of injection of fuel. All systems of a food/decrease of toxicity of the fulfilled gases, working under control of system of onboard self-diagnostics of the second generation (OBD-II), are equipped by the gauge of measurement of weight of air (MAF), replaced a measuring instrument of an air stream applied earlier лопастного type (see the Head of the Control system of the engine and decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases).

System of electronic injection of fuel (EFI)

In considered system for management of fuel injection through injectors directly in inlet port of each of chambers of combustion of the engine electric impulses of accurately limited duration are used. The moment and duration of time of opening of each of injectors supervises the electronic module of management (ЕСМ) systems. ЕСМ continuously traces various working parametres of the engine and on the basis of the analysis of the arriving information defines the demanded volume injected in each of inlet ports of fuel. In parallel ЕСМ exercises administration also installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition. The throttle case serves only for management of giving in air power supply system. Whereas each of cylinders is equipped own, located in immediate proximity from the inlet valve, an injector, the given scheme provides possibility of very exact management with structure of an air-fuel mix.

The regulator of pressure of fuel supports constant difference of pressure between entrance and target section of each of injectors. The rating value of working pressure makes 2.9 kgs/sm 2. The regulator is equipped запорным by the valve, a sensitive element мембранного type and the loaded spring. Management of pressure difference is carried out дросселированием fuel in a backlash between запорным the valve and its saddle. Surplus of fuel on a returnable line is taken away back in a fuel tank.

Демпфер pulsations of pressure of fuel serves for elimination of the wave formation arising in gasoline pipe lines during the moments of opening and closing of injectors. Демпфер it is equipped by the air and fuel chambers divided by a membrane which actually and makes clearing of elastic fluctuations in a fuel stream.

The quantity of air submitted to the engine is defined by position throttle заслонки and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft. The gauge of measurement of a stream of air established in an inlet path delivers to the module of management the information on which basis ЕСМ defines demanded duration of opening of injectors.

The fuel pump and gasoline pipe lines

Giving of fuel from a petrol tank in system of injection and return of its surplus back in a petrol tank is carried out on two metal lines laid under the bottom of the car. Погружной the electric fuel pump роторного type is located in a petrol tank and united in uniform assemblage with the block of the gauge of the expense of fuel. On a gasoline pump exit the fuel filter providing a filtration of particles in the size to 20 – 30 micron is provided.
The system of return of fuel evaporations carries out tap of steams of fuel back in a petrol tank on a separate returnable line.

The fuel pump continues to function during all operating time of the engine, i.e. while ЕСМ receives basic impulses from electronic system of ignition (see the Head the engine Electric equipment). Later 2 – 3 seconds after a stopping delivery of basic impulses the pump stops.

System of release of the fulfilled gases

The system of release of the fulfilled gases consists of the reception pipes equipped with the oxygen gauge, каталитических converters, and the muffler.

The Katalitichesky converter is the basic component of system of decrease in toxicity of the fulfilled gases.
