1. Remove an acoustic/decorative cover of the engine (address to an illustration above).
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove the top part of the inlet pipeline.
4. Disconnect from the case of a throttle an accelerator cable.
5. Disconnect an electric socket from TPS.
6. Disconnect an electric socket of the electromotor of management throttle заслонкой.
7. Disconnect a socket of the gauge of position of a pedal of an accelerator.
8. Disconnect conducting of the gauge from two collars on a conducting arm
9. Disconnect a ventilation hose картера and water перепускной a hose from the throttle case.
10. Remove a ventilating cap. Give two bolts and two nuts and remove the case of a throttle from the inlet pipeline. Disconnect water перепускной a hose from the thermostat on the case of a throttle and remove the case of a throttle from the engine. Remove a lining.
11. Installation is made upside-down. Establish a new lining of the case of a throttle. Track, that fixing bolts and nuts have been tightened with demanded effort. Fill in cooling liquid. Get the engine and be convinced of absence of leakings. |

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Razdel Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system see) and disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

2. The scheme of installation and a design of a regulator of pressure of fuel are presented on illustrations above. Disconnect from a pressure regulator a vacuum hose.
3. Get under a hose of return of fuel drain capacity, or wrap up its rags.
4. Compress a fixing collar and disconnect a hose of return of fuel from a pressure regulator.
5. On models V8 give a counternut and remove a regulator about a sealing ring.
6. Do not forget to replace a sealing ring and track correctness of landing of a regulator on a highway. The further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. |

Replacement
Components of system of injection of fuel

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Razdel Sbrasyvanie of pressure in the power supply system see) and disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for equipment input in action!

2. Uncover cases of a throttle and the top part of the inlet pipeline (the Engine see the Head).
3. Having prepared for fuel flood, remove демпфер fuel pulsations, the top lining and топливопроводы (address to an illustration above).
4. Remove a cable of an accelerator and give two nuts of fastening from an arm (see Has undressed Removal, installation and adjustment of a cable of an accelerator).
5. Remove a hose from valve PCV.
6. Disconnect an electric socket from the electrovacuum valve of system EVAP. Disconnect a collar of fastening of a cable of an accelerator and remove electrovacuum valve EVAP from an inlet collector.
7. From an arm of a cover of the case of a throttle disconnect diagnostic socket DLC1, then turn out a bolt and remove an arm.
8. Mark and disconnect collars of fastening of conducting of the engine from arms.
9. Give a bolt of fastening of a collar on a returnable fuel tube to the left part of a fuel highway. Turn out bolts from a forward (transitive) fuel tube.
10. Hang identification labels on contact sockets of each of injectors. Disconnect from injectors electroconducting and shift a plait aside.
11. Give four nuts of fastening of fuel highways to the bottom part of the inlet pipeline.
12. Remove fuel highways together with the injectors, four remote plugs and eight insulators. Be accurate. Injectors keep only at the expense of sealing rings, at removal of fuel highways do not drop injectors.
13. Establish on all injectors уплотнители, grease new sealing rings with gasoline and establish them on injectors.

14. Slightly rotating an injector to the left-to the right, insert it into a nest on a fuel highway (address to an accompanying illustration). Establish thus all injectors. |
15. Establish fuel highways sockets of injectors upwards.
16. Establish new insulators and plugs on the places on the inlet pipeline. Acquire bolts of fastening of fuel highways to the inlet pipeline.
17. Be convinced of possibility of injectors to rotate. If the injector "has got stuck", check up position of a sealing ring or replace it.
18. Attach sockets of injectors according to the hung labels.
19. The further installation is made upside-down. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
20. Start the engine and make sure of absence of leakings. |
