Check, adjustment and replacement of the gauge-switch of the permission of start

| The gauge-switch provides possibility of realisation of start of the engine only in two positions AT: «Р» and «N». If the engine is started in any other position of the lever, hence, the gauge-switch of the permission of start is faulty, or its adjustment is broken. First of all it is necessary to check up serviceability of a condition of the gauge-switch. The faulty gauge-switch is subject to replacement. |

Adjustment
|
|
1. Translate selector AT lever in position «N».
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
|
|
3. Ослабьте a bolt of fastening of the gauge-switch (address to an accompanying illustration). |
4. Achieve combination of an adjusting groove with base риской a neutral (address to an illustration above).
5. Having fixed the gauge-switch in the chosen position, tighten a fixing bolt with demanded effort. |

Replacement
|
|
1. If disturbs, remove a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases and a thermofilter (see the Head of the Power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases).
2. Release collars and disconnect tubes маслоохладителя.
3. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of the permission of start.
4. Unbend a lock washer and give a fixing nut.
5. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the gauge-switch (address to an illustration above).
6. Remove the gauge-switch.
7. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded effort. Do not forget to make adjustment of the gauge-switch and to make sure of serviceability of its functioning. |
