Removal
The typical scheme of installation АТ
|
|
1. Disconnect from the battery at first a negative wire, then positive.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
Remove the battery with the pallet (the engine Electric equipment see the Head).
2. Remove knot of the air filter, приводной a fan belt, диффузор and a broad tank.
3. Remove assemblage of the lever of selector AT (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of the lever of selector AT).
4. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
5. At a corresponding complete set remove protection картера.
6. Disconnect from collectors reception pipes of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
7. Put under back part АТ capacity for liquid gathering. Put labels and remove forward and back карданные shaft (the line see Head Transmissionnaja).
8. Remove assemblage measuring щупа ATF (address to an illustration above).
9. Disconnect draughts of drive АТ and a distributing box.
10. Disconnect following sockets:
- Gauges VSS №1 and №2;
- The gauge of speed 0/D;
- The electromagnetic valve;
- The gauge of temperature ATF;
- Gauge P/N (start permission);
- The gauge of blocking of interaxal differential;
- The actuation mechanism electromotor;
- Gauge L4
- The gauge of neutral position of a distributing box
11. Uncover bells and give six bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to приводному to a disk.
12. Disconnect from АТ tubes маслоохладителя.
13. Having propped up АТ a jack and having laid between them a board piece, remove a cross-section beam.
14. That the hydrotransformer has not dropped out from АТ, do not incline it forward. |

Installation
|
|
1. If acted in film, establish the hydrotransformer in АТ. Turning it gradually, accurately push the hydrotransformer into a box against the stop. At correct landing of the transformer the distance from its end face to a bell cut should be not less than 17.1 mm.
2. Establish АТ on directing plugs of the engine. Wrap bolts of fastening and tighten them with effort of 72 Nanometers.
3. Establish a cross-section beam and tighten bolts of its fastening by the moment of 50 Nanometers. Nuts tighten with effort of 74 Nanometers.
4. Attach to АТ маслоохладительные tubes, having tightened шестигранные фитгинги with effort of 32 Nanometers.
5. Wrap six bolts of fastening of the hydrotransformer to приводному to a disk. At first wrap a bolt with a green label, then the others. For consecutive access to bolts rotate a cranked shaft. Bolts tighten with effort of 48 Nanometers.
6. The further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components.
7. Fill in in transmission ATF (see the Head of Adjustment and car routine maintenance), start the engine and examine the unit on presence of signs of development of leaks. |
