Forward heater
Details of installation of a forward heater
|

1. Having addressed for the help to the expert, discharge К/В and remove evaporator K/V.
2. In an impellent compartment disconnect heating hoses from the branch pipes of the heat exchanger of a heater passed through a back partition, remembering their position (address to an illustration above). Push rubber уплотнители in salon. At once закупорьте the open ends of branch pipes for the purpose of prevention разбрызгивания a cooling liquid at heat exchanger extraction.
3. Remove the central console, assemblage and an intensifying bar of the panel of devices (the Body and the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).

8. Give bolts of fastening of the case of a heater to the panel of devices and remove the heater case, having pulled it on itself and downwards.
9. Prepare enough rags for gathering of a spreading cooling liquid.
10. Remove heat exchanger fastenings to the case, remove overlays and collars. Take out the heat exchanger from the case upwards.
11. Assemblage is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening шланговых collars. Before heat exchanger installation try its compressed air.
12. Adjust each cable so that the course заслонок corresponded to position of control levers:
a. Establish the management handle on the panel of devices in position FRESH. Lift an adjusting clamp and delay from the case a management cable заслонкой external air. Release an adjusting clamp;

13. Fill cooling system, connect the battery and start the engine. Make sure of absence of signs of development of leaks, estimate serviceability of functioning of system of heating. |

2. Remove forward seats.
3. Remove knot of management of a heater (address to an illustration of the Detail of installation of a back heater).
4. Remove the back console and a cover of the forward console.
5. Remove a back overlay in the bottom part of the central console.
6. Remove overlays of a threshold at a forward door, forward lateral overlays, overlays of thresholds of back doors and an overlay of the central rack.
7. Turn away a carpet and remove a conditioner arm.
8. Give a bolt and the screw then remove a heater air line.
9. Disconnect a socket of conducting of the fan.
10. Give bolts of fastening of the block of a heater and remove the heater block, trying not to spill cooling liquid in salon.
