Cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS), more known as a safety pillow. Before to perform any works near to assemblage of a pillow or a steering column, without fail disconnect system in order to avoid reception of traumas as a result of its casual operation, – disconnect from the battery at first negative, then for a positive wire and wait not less than two minutes before to start service of the components located near to gauges of directed overloads (the Onboard electric equipment see). Isolation and contact sockets of electroconducting of chain SRS are painted in bright yellow colour. It is not necessary to connect any diagnostic devices to the given chain!

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

Check
|
|
|
|
1. At a standard complete set the fan of a heater is a part of assemblage of cooler К/В and is located on the right under the panel of devices (address to an accompanying illustration). On the models in addition equipped with a back heater of salon, the heater fan is located under a passenger seat. At refusal or infringement of serviceability of functioning of the fan of a heater first of all check up a condition and reliability of fastening of all клеммных connections of a corresponding electric chain. Make sure of completeness of a charge of the battery. Estimate a condition of a corresponding safety lock (the Onboard electric equipment see). The probability of failure приводного the electromotor is not excluded also. |
2. Find a socket of electroconducting of the fan.
3. If the motor does not function, disconnect from it electroconducting, include ignition and make sure of serviceability of giving of a food, at the included fan on a socket pressure of the battery should take place. If pressure is absent, hence, malfunction of electroconducting in a feed circuit on a site between the switch of ignition and the switch of a choice of a high-speed mode of the fan, the switch of management of functioning of the fan, the main relay of a heater, or electroconducting on a chain site between the switch and the electromotor takes place.
4. If pressure of the battery is present, connect electroconducting to the motor, from the back party of contact knot connect a wire-crosspiece to the plug № 2 sockets and earth it on weight, – if the fan does not earn, it is necessary to check up an electromotor condition. By means of the wire-crosspiece protected by a safety lock submit a food directly on one of contact plugs of the motor, the second plug earth, – if the motor does not start to rotate, replace it.

5. At the serviceable electromotor it is necessary to check up a condition of resistive assemblage and the switch of a choice of a high-speed mode of the fan, – remove assemblage the control panel (the Onboard electric equipment see) and check up distribution проводимостей between switch plugs in each of its positions. Replacement

1. If there is a necessity for replacement of the electromotor of a drive of the fan of a heater, disconnect from it electroconducting and air lines then remove its fastenings and lower the fan downwards (address to an accompanying illustration). In case of need крыльчатка can be removed and rearranged on the new electromotor. For the purpose of providing of access to the electromotor of the back fan on models of a corresponding complete set it is necessary to remove a passenger seat (the Body see the Head). |

2. Replacement of the electromotor of the fan of a back heater demands evaporator K/V removal for what it is necessary to discharge system K/V on a car repair shop. Give 4 screws and uncover the electromotor. Give four screws and unhook three spring clamps then remove the heater case (address to an accompanying illustration). |
