1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove a belt of a drive of the generator.
4. Remove protection картера and a radiator.
5. Remove pump GUR pulley.
6. Mark brought to the generator electroconducting and tyres of grounding and disconnect them from assemblage.
7. Turn out adjusting and axial bolts, and also a lock nut from an adjusting lath of the generator (address to an illustration above).
8. At generator replacement take the block removed from the engine in shop, – replaceable should correspond in accuracy to it on a standard size, plugs should have identical marks, the size and an arrangement, beaten out on the case, or put on шильду identification marks should coincide.
9. The New/restored generators can be delivered on the market without приводного a pulley, – in that case last should be rearranged from old assemblage.
10. Installation is made upside-down.
