Replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft and epiploons of a camshaft and ТНВД

Procedure of replacement of these epiploons is identical on condition that the forward epiploon of a cranked shaft and epiploon ТНВД are established in a cover of cogwheels (see Has undressed Removal and installation of cogwheels of drive ГРМ), and a camshaft epiploon – in a back cover of a belt of drive ГРМ (see Has undressed Removal, installation, dismantling and assemblage of a head of cylinders).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the components closing access to corresponding epiploon, or uncover, in which the replaced epiploon (Sections Removal, installation, dismantling and assemblage of a head of cylinders and Removal and installation of cogwheels of drive ГРМ see) is established.
2. In case of epiploon replacement at not removed cover, the old epiploon can be taken from its landing nest the special tool, or a screw-driver (address to an illustration). Try not to leave scratches and задиров on a surface of a pin of a shaft or walls of a landing nest, presence of similar defects will lead to fast failure of a new epiploon.
3. In case of epiploon replacement at the removed cover beat out an epiploon from a cover, having taken advantage of a screw-driver and a hammer.
4. Smooth out an internal surface of a landing nest. Slightly grease external edge of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil, in epiploon sponges fill universal greasing.
5. Having taken advantage in quality оправки of a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter, plant a new epiploon in the nest (address to an illustration) (оправка should rest only against firm external edge of a face surface of an epiploon) on the same depth on which the old has been drowned. Make sure of correctness of landing of an epiploon.
6. Establish into place acting in film components (Sections Removal, installation, dismantling and assemblage of a head of cylinders and Removal and installation of cogwheels of drive ГРМ see).
7. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of leaks of oil around epiploon landing.
