Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump
Removal
|
|

3. Remove a final branch pipe of system of cooling.

4. Give fixture and remove the case of the oil pump (address to an accompanying illustration). |

5. For pump dismantling take out its conducted gear wheel (address to an accompanying illustration), turn out a stopper редукционного the valve and remove the valve, a lining and a spring. |
6. Scratch out from interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block all traces of hermetic and a material of an old lining, then wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. |

Check
|
|
1. Wash out all components in solvent, then check up them on presence of signs of excessive deterioration and mechanical damages.
2. Examine rubbing surfaces of components редукционного the valve, estimate a condition клапанной springs. In case of need make valve replacement in gathering. |

Installation
|
|
1. Lay in the pump case leading and conducted gear wheels marks towards a cover.
2. Grease components редукционного the valve with pure impellent oil and establish them on the regular place. Tighten a stopper with a new sealing lining.

3. Impose on an interfaced surface of the pump a pillow of hermetic RTV (address to an accompanying illustration). |

3. Impose new rubber consolidation (address to an accompanying illustration).

Pump installation should be finished within five minutes after hermetic imposing. |
|
4. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of the oil pump with effort of 20 Nanometers.
5. Establish ТНВД, I am guided by the labels put earlier.

6. Turn out a stopper of the oil pump шестигранным a key on 5 mm (address to an accompanying illustration) and fill in in the pump about 10 sm 3 impellent oils. |
7. Grease a stopper carving with stiffening hermetic and screw a stopper into place.
