|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
2. Turn away four bolts of fastening of coils of ignition to клапанной to a cover put marks and remove coils.
3. From the driver's party:
- To cover removal can stir щуп measurements of level of impellent oil – take out it and put aside.
- Move fuel highways and hoses of ventilation of a coal adsorber that did not disturb. Requirements for their detachment should not to arise.
- Disconnect a ventilation hose картера.
4. From the passenger party (on the right):
- Disconnect the G-shaped hose of ventilation картера.
- Unfasten vacuum hose ГУР, the leader to the inlet pipeline, and take him aside.
5. Give nine bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders and accurately remove it. Be accurate: an aluminium cover easily on to harm. If the cover "has become attached" and does not give in to removal, обстучите it on perimetre of a hammer through wooden брусок, in case of need take advantage шпателем or a knife with a thin edge for cutting of a layer of the dried up hermetic.

Installation
|
|
1. Interfaced surfaces of heads of cylinders and their covers should be absolutely pure and dry. By means of a scraper remove all traces of old hermetic and fragments of the destroyed lining, then wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. Presence on interfaced surfaces of traces of oil can lead to development of leaks.

2. Fill in the landing grooves segment rubber stoppers, having made sure of their suitability. Grease with their hermetic FIPG (Toyota № 08826-00080), with the same hermetic fill two points in a head of cylinders at once behind covers of a belt of drive ГРМ (address to an accompanying illustration). Note position of these points before clearing to put new hermetic there. |
3. Densely plant in a reception flute a sealing lining and press a cover to a head of cylinders. Establish sealing washers, screw fixture.
4. In three-four stages tighten fixture with demanded effort (6 Nanometers).
5. Installation of the remained components is made in an order, the return to an order of their dismantle. |
