1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! |
Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove transmission (the gear change Box see the Head).
2. With the help кернера or a marker mark position приводного a disk in relation to an end face of a cranked shaft.
3. Turn out fastening bolts приводного a disk to a cranked shaft. If in the course of easing of bolts the shaft starts to be turned, get a screw-driver in teeths of a wreath of a flywheel.
4. Remove assemblage приводного a disk from a cranked shaft.

The assemblage weight is rather considerable, - it will be reasonable to resort to the help of the assistant. Put on working gloves not to cut a hand about keen edges of teeths of a wreath. Remove also established with both parties приводного a disk remote plates, try to remember an order of installation of components. |

Installation
|
|
1. Carefully degrease assemblage приводного a disk and check up its working surfaces on presence of cracks, the furrows left heads of rivets, traces of an overheat and other damages. Insignificant defects can be removed by means of a fine-grained emery paper, in more serious cases assemblage is subject to replacement. Check up a condition of teeths of a wreath, having laid assemblage приводного a disk on a flat surface, estimate its size неплоскостности.

3. Remove traces of old hermetic from bolts and болтовых apertures.

If completely to clear bolts it is not possible, replace their new on which hermetic to put any more does not follow. |
4. Do not forget to establish remote plates. Track correctness of combination of the components of landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Before rolling fixing bolts, grease their carving part with fixing hermetic.
5. Having blocked приводной a disk from проворачивания (paragraph 3 see), in a diagonal order tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
6. The further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. |
