Replacement of a forward epiploon (ов) a cranked shaft / of camshafts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove газораспределительный a belt and a cogwheel () a cranked shaft/camshaft (ов) (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ).

The forward epiploon of a cranked shaft is established in the oil pump, which can be removed (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump) for simplification of replacement of an epiploon.

2. Measure depth of landing of an old epiploon. Accurately cut sponges of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft with the sharp razor.
3. Accurately having hooked the special tool or a screw-driver, take an old epiploon from the landing nest (address to an accompanying illustration). Try not to leave scratches and задиров on a surface of a pin of a shaft or walls of a landing nest, presence of similar defects will lead to fast failure of a new epiploon.
4. Smooth out an internal surface of a landing nest. Slightly grease external edge of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil, in epiploon sponges fill universal greasing.
5. Having taken advantage in quality оправки of a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter, plant a new epiploon in the nest (address to an accompanying illustration) (оправка should rest only against firm external edge of a face surface of an epiploon) on the same depth on which the old has been drowned. Make sure of correctness of landing of an epiploon.
6. Establish into place a cogwheel () a cranked shaft/camshaft (ов) and газораспределительный a belt (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ). Try not to damage responsible functioning of gauge CMP a cogwheel site.
7. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of leaks of oil around epiploon landing (ов).
