Removal, check of a condition and installation of the oil pump Removal
Components of assemblage of the oil pump
|
|
1. Remove the engine from the car and establish it on the suitable stand.
2. Remove газораспределительный a belt, its intermediate rollers and a pulley of a cranked shaft (see Has undressed Removal, check of a condition and installation газораспределительного a belt and cogwheels of drive ГРМ).
3. Remove the gauge of position of a cranked shaft (CKP).
4. Give a bolt of fastening directing щупа measurements of level of impellent oil to the left head of cylinders and remove the directing.
5. Remove the oil filter, маслоохладитель and an arm of the filter from a forward part of the block of cylinders, preliminary having disconnected a hose from маслоохладителя and a conducting socket on the gauge-switch of pressure of oil.
6. Remove the pallet картера and, if necessary, маслозаборник (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine).
7. Give 8 bolts of fastening of the oil pump and remove it from the block, trying not to damage their interfaced a surface. A lining throw out – for installation it is required new.

8. Turn out a stopper, remove a sealing ring and make dismantling редукционного the valve (address to an illustration above).

9. By means of the big screw-driver with a crosswise sting turn out eight fixing screws and remove a back cover of pump assemblage and take pump gear wheels.
10. Scratch out from interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block all traces of hermetic and a material of an old lining, then wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone. |

Check
|
|
1. Wash out all components in solvent, then check up them on presence of signs of excessive deterioration and mechanical damages.
2. Examine rubbing surfaces of components редукционного the valve, estimate a condition клапанной springs. In case of need make valve replacement in gathering. |
|
Installation
|
|
1. Lay in the pump case leading and conducted gear wheels marks towards a cover.
2. Fill cavities in assemblage by technical vaseline and establish a back cover. In a diagonal order strongly tighten screws of fastening of a cover.
3. Grease components редукционного the valve with pure impellent oil and establish them on the regular place.

|
4. Impose on an interfaced surface of the pump a pillow of hermetic RTV in width of 3 mm, be not overzealous: hermetic should not get inside маслотоков and болтовых apertures (address to an accompanying illustration). Pump installation should be finished within five minutes after hermetic imposing. |
5. Lay in the block a new sealing ring.
6. Achieve correct introduction of a leading gear wheel in gearing with a pin of a cranked shaft and establish the pump on the regular place.

7. Screw fixing bolts on the former places and tighten them in a diagonal order with demanded effort (address to an accompanying illustration). |
8. Installation of the remained components is made in an order, the return to an order of their dismantle. Tighten fixture with demanded effort.
9. Add necessary quantity of engine oil, start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks.
10. Once again check up level of impellent oil. |
