Removal and installation of forward wings

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Onboard electric equipment see). Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
2. Remove assemblages of forward dimensional fires (the Onboard electric equipment see). Disconnect disturbing to dismantle of wings electroconducting.

3. Remove finishing laths established under block headlights (address to an illustration).

4. Remove from wings antispray screens of an arch of a corresponding wheel. Screens are fixed between a frame and a wing by means of screws and a set of the clamps which scheme of an arrangement can vary depending on car model.
5. Turn out bolts of fastening of an upper edge of the panel of a wing.
6. Open a door and turn out a bolt of fastening of the top back corner of the panel of the wing, located with the back party of a rack in an aperture of a forward door.
7. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom back corner of the panel of a wing, the bolt is located directly under a wheel arch.
8. Having taken advantage of the help of the assistant, remove the panel covered, try not to damage a paint and varnish covering surrounding кузовных panels.
9. If the wing is subject to replacement, remove from it молдинг facings of a wheel arch. Молдинг can fasten by means of screws, clamps or rivets.
10. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a tightening of carving fixture and защелкивания clamps.
