Removal and installation finishing and main sections of the panel of devices

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Onboard electric equipment see). Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation.

Design of the panel of devices

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. Disconnect safety pillows (the Onboard electric equipment see).
3. Remove a steering wheel (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
4. Remove a casing of a steering column (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a casing of a steering column).
5. Paste over with a protective film of an overlay of forward racks (address to an illustration above), it will protect them at removal.
6. Remove handles of opening of a cowl and лючка a fuel tank.
7. Uncover the block of safety locks.
8. Give fixture of the bottom central cover and remove it.
9. Disconnect an air line №2.
10. Give fixture of socket DLC №3 and the block of safety locks.
11. Remove the bottom panel №1.
12. Remove an overlay of a combination of devices and remove a combination of devices.
13. Remove the bottom overlay of the central section of furnish of the panel of devices together with hours.
14. Having wound a screw-driver with an insulating tape, unhook 2 latches and remove a coaster.
15. Remove an ashtray.
16. Give fixture central section of furnish of the panel of devices with the control panel a heater and disconnect conducting.
17. Turn out screws of fastening of the control panel a back heater.
18. Remove a radio tape recorder, a cover of a ware box, the panel of a loudspeaker and a loudspeaker, forward and back sections of the central console.
19. Turn away 5 screws and 9 bolts of fastening of the main section of the panel of devices.
20. Remove an intensifying bar, an arm and the main section of the panel of devices.
21. Installation is made upside-down.
